Each item’s condition is always listed,
however it is possible for things to be missed as
these are used pieces. If this comes up, please
contact us and we will come to a solution!

No holds, try-ons, or pre-sales on any online items 

** we do not do any ‘buying’ or consignment, and
we do not accept donations, or items that
were previously purchased from the shop **


IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON ALL ORDERS

Whether you purchase from our website, or through Instagram, 
you have THREE months to pick up your order. Any orders made
three months + will be donated to GOOD NEIGHBOUR. 
We CANNOT offer any exchanges or refunds.

Canada Post to require a signature upon delivery
in the shipping notes at checkout **

LOCAL CALGARY DELIVERY: $15 FLAT RATE 
Local deliveries are shipped by Canada Post.

ALBERTA-WIDE: $18 FLAT RATE
Shipped via Canada Post

CANADA-WIDE: $20 FLAT RATE
Shipped via Canada Post

US: $25 FLAT RATE

Missing/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

If you received a notification that your item was
delivered, 
and you have not received it, please
contact the prospective shipping company 
(Canada Post or UPS) and submit a ticket.
If you need more information on your order 
please reach out through our contact page. 

If Canada Post confirms that it has delivered the 
package to the correct address, you acknowledge that
The Nines is NOT liable for any missing/stolen packages.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us
at lauren@theninescgy.com and we will reach a solution :) 





RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

ONLINE ORDERS 

PICK-UP RETURNS: 

Returns will only be accepted on
original priced items up to 7 days from
your date of purchase (not pick up date).

The item(s) must be returned to the shop within the 7 days
from your purchase. For example: if you purchased on a
Thurs, you will have until the following Thurs at EOD to return.
If you ordered on a Tues, you only have until the Sun to return,
as our store is closed from Mon-Wed. 

Please note our store hours (Thurs+Fri 2-7 & Sat+Sun 11-4),
before making a purchase. This way you can ensure you will have
enough time to try on, and bring back, if you are unsure if the
item(s) will work out. When picking your items up, you are
welcome to try on in-studio and return if needed, as long as it
is within the 7-day window. Our policies are strict and we cannot
accept any returns attempted outside of the return window.

**We are closed Monday-Wednesday. This must be taken into
account prior to making your purchase. Ensure you are able to bring
back any returns within our store hours, within the 7-day policy**
prior to making any purchases.

refunded back to your form of payment, and will
take 2-3 business days to process

 

LOCAL DELIVERY RETURNS: 

Returns are accepted on original priced items
only up to 7 days following the day your item(s)
we’re delivered (not the day you retrieve). Any items
purchased on sale, or using a discount are 
NOT
eligible for return, exchange or store credit

Please see *OUT-OF-CITY-RETURNS* for how to
return your item(s). Once the item(s) arrive at the shop, 
the amount will be refunded to your form of payment. 

* if you are doing the return in person, please just provide
order # or first, and last name. Once the item is recieved
the amount will be refunded to your original form of payment,
and can take 2-3 business days to process.

 

OUT-OF-CITY RETURNS: 

Returns are only accepted on ORIGINAL priced items.
Any items purchased on sale, or using a discount are 
NOT eligible for return, exchange or store credit. 

Shipping cost must be covered by the customer. 
Returns must be shipped out within 7 days following
the day you receive your item(s). Prior to sending back,
please send an email to lauren@theninescgy.com with subject: 
OUT-OF-CITY RETURN, and provide the following information: 

First and Last Name, Order Number,
Description of item(s) being returned,
and the Reason for Return 

When shipping the item back, please make sure to have
the sender name, and order number present on the shipping
label, or within the package. Once the item(s) arrive at the shop, 
the amount will be refunded to your form of payment.

**IMPORTANT** 

You will receive a notification of your return being processed 
once returned items arrive at the studio. Your bank normally
takes anywhere between 2-5 business days to process the
return on their end. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

You have 7 days from your date of purchase to cancel your
order, only if it has not already been shipped to you. If it has
been shipped once you request a cancellation, there is nothing
we can do. You must ship back at your expense, within our policy,
to receive a return.
